Modern Land & Property Management Supported by FME

Ireland is experiencing a housing shortage like in many other countries around the world. This is driving the need for local and central government to understand their land & property portfolio. They need to improve information sharing to curb the inefficiencies, errors, and risks that arise when departments work in isolated data silos. FME is used in conjunction with M.App Enterprise from Hexagon to provide government with a property management solution. Specific to FME, it is integrated with M.App Enterprise to provide user with a Self-Service Reporting Portal (FME Flow Gallery App), an Image Import and automated alerts for example when a planning application are submitted which encroach on council land/properties.
