Yes, each sponsor must register for the conference. If you apply and are accepted for an ‘A la Carte’ Sponsorship package, you can register via the Cvent site as you would otherwise. However, many-tiered sponsorship packages include complimentary passes. If your company has applied for and is accepted for one of the tiered packages, we will provide you with promo codes to use during registration and checkout.

Absolutely. We encourage sponsors to mix and match options to create the best package for their goals.

No problem! We will prorate the money spent on Conference Passes and deduct it from the total owing.

Due to privacy policies, we do not provide a complete attendee list. However, if you are a sponsor with a package that includes lead scanners and get permission to scan attendee’s badges during the conference, you will be given those lead lists to contact delegates after the show.

The sponsorship application deadline is February 28, 2025. All materials, including your logo and promotional content, must be submitted by March 31, 2025.
