Get a head start with our Tuesday morning Pre-Conference Training workshops. These add-ons to standard conference passes provide access to a variety of expert-led courses taught by the Safe Software team and our trusted Partners.

After lunch, the Peak of Data and AI 2025 will officially begin with the first plenary sessions of the conference.

Tuesday evening, join us for our conference happy hour at the Hyatt Regency Seattle to network and connect with members of the FME Community.
Wednesday May 7, 2025
Day 2 is all about breakout sessions. Join talks on a range of topics, including FME tips and tricks, industry spotlights, and more.

Additionally, for the first time ever at a Peak of Data and AI event, we will be offering free FME certification exams on Wednesday morning and afternoon.

After an action-packed day and a few hours of downtime, cut loose at the evening social.

On the final day of the conference, attendees will spend the morning attending breakout sessions. After lunch, the conference will wrap up with an afternoon of plenary sessions.

General Questions

No. The Peak of Data and AI events are a continuation of what we used to call FME User Conferences. New users and those considering trying FME can get just as much out of these events as seasoned data integrators.

We had great success hosting the Peak of Data Integration 2023 in a new city (Bonn, Germany). We’re excited to continue exploring the benefits of hosting in a different city.

The event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Seattle.

Yes. The 2025 Partner Summit will be taking place on May 5, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. The Partner Summit is a pre-conference day of learning and networking reserved for certified Safe Software partners only.

Yes! There is value for every level of FME user, including those who have never tried it. We will have a variety of sessions targeted at all attendees, along with ample time to get to know members of the FME community, ask questions, and learn what it’s all about.

No. We will not offer virtual registration for the conference and will not be live-streaming any of the sessions.

Yes, we will be recording select plenary and breakout sessions, which we will release about a month after the conference. The recorded content will not be gated and can be viewed by everyone in our presentation gallery. However; not every session will be recorded and shared, so attending in person is recommended to access  the full experience. 

Yes! We will be bringing back ‘Base Camp’ at the Peak of Data and AI 2025, which will consist of a Technical Solutions Area, Sales Solutions Lounge, as well as other stations staffed by Safe Software staff to promote engaging conversations and knowledge sharing on all things FME and Safe Software programs.

Full conference passes include 2.5 days of content, breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day, and a ticket to the conference social event, which includes dinner.

We’re giving you more time to save! Early Bird Pricing has been extended and is now available until February 28 at 11:59 PM for $1,190 USD.

Starting March 1, Regular Pricing will go into effect at $1,390 USD and remain until the conference begins in May.

Yes, we understand that plans change. You can modify or cancel your registration at any time by clicking the link in your confirmation email and entering the order number from your registration.

Please note that cancellations made on or before April 4, 2025, will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made on or before April 18, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after April 18, 2025, will not receive a refund.

Yes! If you are purchasing 8 passes or more, an automated discount will be applied to your cart to reflect the group rate.

Please note – in order to receive the group rate discount, all passes must be made in the same order.

No. We will not offer virtual registration for the conference and will not be live-streaming any of the sessions.

At this time, we are encouraging full conference attendance; however, we may release day passes in the New Year. We will communicate this as more details become available.
